The promoter, BlueBay Hotels, has its headquarters in (Gran Vía Asima, 6. Polígono Industrial Son Castelló. 07009. Palma de Mallorca. Spain).

How long does the competition run for?

The competition will run from 10am (CENTRAL EUROPEAN TIME, UTC +1) on the 22^nd of November 2018 to 11:59pm (CENTRAL EUROPEAN TIME, UTC +1) on the 26^th of November 2018. The competition will be open for five days, and the winner will be announced on the 27^th of November 2018.

Conditions of participation

The competition is open to any users over the age of 18 with full capacity to exercise their rights, except BlueBay Hotels employees, their immediate family members (parents, children, siblings and husbands or wives) and any other person involved in the organisation and result of the competition.

Participation in the COMPETITION does not require any prepayment or purchase.

By participating in this competition, the participant accepts these terms and conditions.

Participants must have an Instagram account and their profile must be public to take part in the COMPETITION.

How to participate

The COMPETITION will take place on the Instagram social media, on BlueBay Hotels’ official account.

The prize

The prize is an all-inclusive three days/two nights stay for 2 people at the BlueBay Villas Doradas adults only hotel in the Dominican Republic, subject to availability.

The date chosen by the winner to enjoy this prize are subject to hotel availability. Dates during peak season are not available.

The prize does not include, under any circumstances, transfers and travel to the hotel and BlueBay Hotels will not be responsible for any extra expenses incurred by the guests.

Informing the winner

The two winners will be notified on the 27^th of November on BLUEBAY HOTELS official pages on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter:

Prizes are not transferable to other people or redeemable for cash or other alternatives.

The prize is valid for 6 MONTHS after the name of the winner is officially announced on the social networks mentioned above.

Once the name of the winners has been posted on the social networks, BlueBay Hotels will contact them personally to get their details, and they can make the reservation.

Reservations and limitations

The promoter reserves the right to cancel or modify the competition, and these terms and conditions, without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, force majeure or any current or anticipated violation of any applicable law or regulation or any other event beyond the control of the promoter. Any changes to the competition will be notified to participants as soon as possible by the promoter.
