If you are a diving enthusiast, you will thrill with the amazing colors and love exploring the marvels of the sea bed. Any sea trip in Mallorca is like a scene from a movie.

There are several companies on the island offering sea trips on board sailboats or catamarans, and there are trips lasting a full day or several days. These companies have fleets with boats accommodating from between 2 and 8 people, although yachts for larger groups can also be hired. Vessels are always chartered with qualified staff on board, including a skipper. Depending on the capacity and category of the boat and the duration of the trip, they can also be hired with full crew and services, ensuring an unforgettable experience.

With regards to the duration of the trips, these can be organized for a full day, weekend or week. There are so many places to discover that can only be reached by boat!

If you are staying in the BelleVue Club hotel or BelleVue Lagomonte hotel, in Alcudia area, one of the very best trips available on the North Coast is the one from Formentor to Sa Calobra. Marvel at the stunning seascape, with rugged cliffs which have been totally unspoilt. Sa Calobra is a spectacular cove, next to the Torrente de Pareis gorge at the mouth of two streams and flanked on both sides by steep cliffs.

No less spectacular on the South eastern Coast is the trip from Cabrera to Cala Mitjana, a protected area with three natural bays of soft, white sand. Porto Colom, where the quite BelleVue Belsana hotel is located, is the best natural port and safe anchor zone in all Mallorca. If you are interested in diving, it is best to spend a whole day and night at Cala Algar, which is an ideal spot for diving and studying the sea bed and its rich and varied fauna.
